That doesn't work directly in JAlbum galleries. However, this usually works when there is no 'Download' link - in the location bar at the top of the browser, change the '.html' extension to '.jpg' and hit 'Enter'. This should show the image directly in the browser (outside of the JAlbum gallery). Then use the right click method.
