Hmmm... Either you don't have them, over there, or the most prominent species is missing: "God's gift to the mobile part of humanity". He is not easily spotted because he'll mostly be out by night, he always wears black or dark grey and he *never* has any lights on. He'll gladly go the extra mile if it involves running against a one-way street and he generally considers traffic rules as something only invented to be broken by him, either through contempt or as some kind of assignment given to him by some higher power. Speaking of broken... if you're looking for him just follow the trail of scratched car doors and hacked-off side mirrors. He treats all other users of the public space as his natural enemies. This goes for motorcars as much as for pedestrians, especially if the latter dare getting in his way while he speeds down the sidewalk at 50 mph. By principle, he insists on always driving as fast as he wants. At all times and under all circumstances. Be it in the middle of a traffic jam, in a pedestrian area, or across a childrens' playground. He is never at fault. If he gets run over after shooting out behind a lorry at night while the traffic lights were red and his own were off as usual, it's all *their* fault, because *they* should never have been there in the first place. He won't rest until all the earth's surface has been turned into one gigantic cycling path. Until then, he might settle for a general speed limit of 5 mph for everybody... except himself.
