I just shot this and emailed to its owner. I've asked them to identify the variety and gave permission for some of its seeds to blow into our yard and plant themselves. Others haven't been that welcome. ;) My wife simply cannot stop looking at it, so she now has her own personal image. Outstanding brilliance for CA's central valley.
