Oh, I certainly wasn't offended! In fact, I was curious about the name, and I was very glad that you confirmed my initial thought about what it meant. Aside from a trip to Russia several years ago, I get very few chances to practice my Russian.
BTW, I read the comments as best as I could, and they confirmed my assumption that this image -- and the others posted about the same -- are collages.
