Since switching from using PEF to DNG, I have noticed an odd behavior in LR3.2
Upon importing my files, the initial thumbnail image is just slightly "squished" (for lack of a better description). Instead of a 3:2 image it's more like 3:18 or something. Then, as the preview images are being generated, each thumbnail "pops" into the right aspect ratio. Has anyone else ever noticed anything like this? It's sure not the end of the world, but it makes me wonder. The reason I switched formats, btw, was simply so that the OS (Mac OSX) could show me the thumbnail previews when browsing through Finder.
