"noisy photograph"
"full frame camera/body" 
"digital film" (in reference to flash memory)
"storage card"

Words with new meaning - already mentioned by Stan and Jeffery:
chimping (Paul, sorry, chimps didn't do what some of us do, hence it is
a new meaning of the word)
histogram
"white balance"
"noisy picture" (in application to still images)

New technical terms:
various -TTLs (P-TTL, etc.)
APS-C
megapixel

("pixel" existed, but not megapixel)
