I suspect it will be okay, as it has been with the k-7. The only other manual focus lenses I use are a K85/1.8 and a Vivitar S1 90/2.5 macro. Haven't experienced problems with any of them on my earlier Pentax DSRs, although I never tested them specifically for infinity focus. They're not the kind of lenses one normally uses at infinity.
