Get the 23, no question. They are both built on the same
chassis, but the 23 head is much better quality. I have a 67C
dichroic in pieces. The head proved to be impossible to keep
aligned, and nearly impossible to align.
The chassis is making a very good copy stand, and the dichroic
light source is good for doing slide dupes, but as an enlarger,
the thing left something to be desired.
FWIW, I really think that colour at home is best done with a
computer and the peripherals needed for making photographs that
way.
