Leon,
The Pentax Forum showroomin Shinjuku which people mentioned is
definitely worth visiting, they have a photo gallery right next door, and
they have lots of lovely big (and I mean BIG) lenses and so on, which are
even for sale. Some of the folks in the showroom speak good English, but as
some PDMLers have mentioned, most people's English is minimal despite
several years of compulsory English study in high school. You can probably
blame people like my cousin for that, he teaches English over there.
The Lonely Planet guide to Japan has a map which shows the location of
the Pentax Forum, if you don't have the guide then I could probably scan
that page for you.

We are planning a stopover in Japan on the way to Europe and of course
I want to look up some of the wonderful Pentax items only available in
Japan. What I would like to know is where do I look?
Also what is Tokyo like for English speaking travelers? I can manage a
bit of German (my wife can manage more)and that's fine for Europe, but
none of us can speak a word of Japanese besides Bokeh!
Leon
