The 645D is priced considerably below its medium format competition, so I think 
it most definitely justifies the price. By all indications, it's going to be a 
major profit center for Pentax. I expect that in three or four years, when a 60 
or 80 megapixel version is available, the current cameras will be selling used 
for a few thousand. That's when I'll buy mine:-).
