Hi, Some of you asked me to report on how this went, so here you go:
I had my gallery opening tonight, and it was awesome. I was amazed at the number of people that showed up--about 40 or so (our own Shel among them, sporting an LX with FA 43mm--thanks Shel for coming!). And, to add to my amazement, I actually _sold_ eight pictures! What are these people thinking, I don't know, but hey, I could use a 35mm Summicron right now :-) We actually had to ask people to leave at the end, when the gallery people were trying to close. Afterwards, a few of us went for tapas to a very good Spanish restaurant. A most excellent time. Anyway, just wanted to share. Thanks to everybody who sent good wishes, j ===== -- Juan J.
