Thanks Ann. I had missed your e-mail, but I found it in my overloaded mailbox. My recipe for the hummus is -- buy it at Costco! It's Sabre brand, hummus with pine nuts. It's made in Astoria, Queens, so I suspect you can find it where you are. They have a web site -- www.sabre.com. It's the best commercial hummus I've ever found. Paul
