No. More recent Pentax DSLRs (eg the K200D) have a 'Memory' function in the 'Rec. Mode' menu that allows you to set certain features to persist after the camera is switched off. This includes the Drive Mode, so you can retain the bracketing setting if you want to (I don't). The DS doesn't have this menu function, so you're stuck with resetting it when you turn the camera on.
