More to the point, what the hell do WE know? Honestly, sometimes I like an image, but I am just too busy to reply and tell the photographer so. At other times, when I am not rushed, I may comment on ones that I like, but not as much as the one I neglected. My bad, but to some extent, human nature. We respond more when we have the time and are in a good mood than when we are rushed, grumpy or both.
