They are the official Pentax repair site. I've had two repairs done by them. They actually did more than they charged for on the K20. When I sent my K20 off to Pentax after it had been dropped, it took a long time, and still had problems when it came back. When I sent it back, it was in Colorado for so long without being repaired they eventually replaced it.
