Thanks, Dag.  I agree.

This was scanned from a print made by a mass production developing and
printing operation.  I hope that the negative -- when I find it --
will have more room all around, so that I can play around with the
crop.  I would like more room as the left especially if the negative
has a bit more of the reflection.
