i'm really happy with my DA 16-45 f4; though of course i know the 16-50 is more rugged (and heavier), and does f2.8, and probably sharper, the 16-45 is the "good enough" lens for me; it's my default lens, and takes probably 80% of my photos; i bought mine used 15 months ago and it has held up for 8000 photos, been knocked around and used in mist/light rain many times without mishap
