The 1/FL is for 35mm. Since print magnification from 120 film is about 1/2 that from 35mm you can use 0.5/FL as a rule of thumb. That is if you are using 125 speed film you should be able to use 1/45 sec with the 90mm lens. That means you may be able to hold it a 1/30, but 1/60 would be safer. --graywolf
