Hi Frantisek,

The metal parts and fitments came from a standard Grip B, which now 
resides in a drawer - not much use to you without those parts, a mere 
ghost if it's former self.

Peter at camera Direct usually has them in stock, and he's quite 
reasonably priced. You could look at his site and check.

Making a grip is really easy, but you need the bits and bobs from a Grip 
B, so you might as well get the Grip B anyway.
