I'm a big fan of the hybrid rechargeables. The don't have the supposed capacity of some of the straight NiMH, but they hold their charge a lot longer and since my AAs spend time in my camera, or in flashes or in my bag waiting to be used, the slow self discharge is really nice.
Fry's used to sell Uniross Hybrio AA batteries $10 for four. At one point they switched over to Rayovac hybrids which don't seem to have the capacity. The eneloops seem better than the rayovacs, but not as good as the uniross. When I was there the other day, they had a new brand, but I didn't get any to try. -- Larry Colen [email protected] sent from i4est -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
