Ok, just for some idle speculation, I thought I'd see what's for offer
on Craigslist in the way of automotive. My little brother is sans wheels
at the moment thanks to an inconsiderate deer. I thought I'd see if I
could find him a beater to get him through the winter.
So, I go into cars & trucks and do a search by price min=0 max=1000,
sort by low price. I get a hundred pages of hits.
Lowest price displayed is for a "ford 4x4 diesel 1400 obo" ... "This
posting has been deleted by its author."
NEXT "lowest price" is "2008 Chevrolet Tahoe Sport Utility LTZ sun,
entertainment, d (only 16518 miles)" "Price: contact dealer for price"
I have no idea how many of the hundred pages of hits I'm going to have
to scroll through before I actually find a vehicle in the price range I
specified, but people wonder why I think most of the rest of the human
race are idiots.
