 With Wacom tablets you can map the stylus buttons (the ones on the side)
to whatever you want.  I set one of mine to "double-click" to make this
more reliable.  You can save different setups for each application, and I
mapped the same button as "alt" in Photoshop.  It was quite confusing at
times though.  When I get the machine running again I'll probably use one
setup for everything.

 Alternatively you can set up the "double-click-assist" feature in the
driver.  It works quite well, especially once you get the pressure
response right.

 I miss my Wacom tablet.  I'll get my new hard drive later this week...
