Canadians for the most part are still polite. But..... I have noticed
in the past 10 or so years, with major increases in traffic
congestion, a DR jekyl and mr hyde approach to driving.

Sorry to hear this Frank, hope you mend well. As a bus driver, i know
the cops won't do squat with out a plate and a description of vehicle.
