I really wanted to shoot this lady because she was very expressive. But she
was quite close and I was in her field of vision. And of course, if she
knew I was shooting her that would destroy the moment. So I shot her using
live view with the camera in my lap. The K-5 live view autofocus is a huge
improvement over that of the k-7. It's very useful. This pic is at ISO
1600, f4, 1.250th, 60mm, the lens was the DA* 60-250. Shot this past
Saturday. Mostly window light from a wide expanse of windows on a cloudy
day. That's my favorite lighting setup for this venue.
