The Musee Rodin in Paris was a disappointment. Philadelphia has the largest Rodin collection outside Paris, but the sculptures are all bronzes. When we visited the Musee Rodin in 1981, it was wonderful to see all of the great works in marble.
Last month, though, the place was almost stripped--I have no idea why. It was also jammed with people. So, my keenly anticipated sculpture shooting was very limited. The building, though, has some nice bits. http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=12094376 (K7, FA 24-90) Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all, Rick -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
