There are tons of Lightroom learning and training videos, podcasts and
books available. You don't need a special "preset" to get raw image
files from the camera to the computer and imported into Lightroom.

I have a list of Lightroom learning resources on my articles page ...
  http://www.gdgphoto.com/articles/ click on "02 - Lightroom Learning
Resources".
I suggest starting with the Adobe tutorials for Lightroom 3. There are
excellent tutorial sets from Lynda.com,
DigitalPhotographyConnection.com, Luminous-Landscape and Scott Kelby
training as well. Pick any one and go through it.

I teach Lightroom and Photoshop image processing workshops too. My
next one up has just been scheduled for Feb 9-10 at the Media Center
in Palo Alto, California. I'll have the description and announcements
going after the turn of the year.
