Jack I don't think the right click - save-as method will work. All you'll get is the html file container for the Flash video.
The following method should work if you use Firefox. There is a Firefox add-in called "Download Flash and Video" (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/53003/). Install that and you'll find a small arrow added to the status bar (bottom right of the screen) next time you start Firefox. Start playing the video and then click on the arrow. It should then save the Flash video to your hard disk. You can then open the file with Firefox to play it.
