The method that I mentioned yesterday (Using the 'Flash and Video
Download' add-in to Firefox) works but it seems to download Pentax's
original version of the Flash video and not the version with your own
personalised photo.  When you run the downloaded video from your hard
drive you see a version containing a generic photo and not your uploaded
one.

I have no idea about the internal workings of Flash but it may be that
there is some kind of internal 'link' to the uploaded photo, so that the
photo doesn't become part of the actual Flash video.  If that's the
case, downloading the personalised version may not be possible.
