Hi folks, A buddy of mine in Emeryville contacted me this morning looking for help on acquiring a short-to-mid-range zoom for an ME Super he's borrowing. He's hoping to be able to pick up something before Sunday. He'd like a lens that will get down to 28 or so on the short end, and at least 50 -- but probably not longer than 100 or so -- on the long end. I gave him URL's to Stan's and Boz' sites, a list of three SMC zooms he might want to consider, and the URL for the KEH page with prices on the three lenses I suggested (SMC-FA 28-70/4, SMC-A 35-70/4, SMC-F 35-80/4-5.6).
Do any of you in the Bay Area have one of these zooms, or a zoom of similar (or better) optical and mechanical quality, that you might be interested in selling? Please reply off-list if interested.
