Hi folks,

Tech Pan is quite popular among astrophotography enthusiasts, mainly because
it was at one time the only emulsion sensitive to the red light emitted by
excited atomic hydrogen from certain celestial bodies. I was reading this
weekend that because of this emulsion's peculiar red sensitivity, it's also
suited for B&W people photography -- when developed in a lower-contrast
soup. Apparently makes the skin of photographed subjects look a bit
healthier and less blotchy? At least that's what the printed Kodak
technical data said. ;-) Anyone ever tried Tech Pan for shooting people?
