Yes, and started looking into changed proxy settings. The problem is only effecting Dropbox so far as I can tell. Maybe it's a problem with their web interface. Since I haven't been able to figure this out I'll wait until tomorrow and see if the problem straightens out, or I'll dig out my laptop which I haven't made any changes to and test with that first. Feeling lazy right now and the Dropbox direct connection on my desk top still seems to be working. I'll just edit any URLs I want to share from there.

Did you restart Firefox after you disabled the plug-in?

Well, that's really weird. Your blog opens immediately. So as an experiment I went to one of my old posts and the html file there opens immediately. I change file name to the new file and that opens immediately. Only the login and maintenance pages keep timing out. The only thing changed is that I downloaded a new Firefox plugin to capture Flash videos. Dropbox keeps timing out,m It's flash based but flash blocker never gave me any problems. Now I'm sure this is somehow related but I'll be damned if I know how. Any ideas are welcome. I've disabled the plugin but still no joy.

Pretty much it. My HTTP connection keeps timing out. Had a PESO to
