your site doesn't have a feed, but i bet it _could_ have a feed if you
could find out how to turn it on (i can't provide any support for that)
feeds are a way to automatically get summary updates from a site; the
functionality is built into most consumer blogging systems, such as
blogspot; feed readers are tools that help users manage lists of feeds
to keep up with sites they follow; Google Reader is probably the easiest
way to get started with reading feeds
