I bought a bargain grade FA 28-70 F4 from them for under $50. The only difference between that lens and a new one was the lack of box and papers and no caps. Otherwise it was perfect, both cosmetically and optically. It was actually nicer than the Excellent+ FA 100 Macro they sold me. Apparently YMMV is the guideline.
