Love the perspective of the pigeons, just wish that center bird was not in motion, but I still like the shot a lot. Tree & Cow, excellent, and the 1st dancer shot, very nice there--good expression for the man. Cheers, Christine

I've started the selection process myself and have set aside some shots to mull over:

My favorite shot from last year is the one of Anno Sensei (my sensei's sensei) bowing in before class when he was visiting Santa Cruz from Japan last summer:

I've noticed, however, that vertical format photos lose a lot in the PDML annual, ending up about half the size of the horizontal format photos, and have tried a couple of other crops to bring things in a little tighter.

I'm curious which photos that the members of this esteemed forum think would work best in this year's annual, and for any suggestions to improve them.
