I have not heard
from Tanya, but here we are 30 metres above the river level, so it would
need a flood of biblical proportions to get us in trouble. Some local
flooding in our suburb, a few inches to a couple of feet making travel
more
difficult. Odd to see, on my morning walk, boats being washed downstream
with not only no crew on board, but still firmly attached to their
pontoon!

So far no bodies floating past, fortunately, but there are believed to be
up
to 75 people missing, some of them(at least 10) killed in Toowoomba.
Ex-PDMLer Ryan Lee came to our place today, he is fine but his suburb has
similar problems. He's still toting a Canon which, I noted, must weigh
nearly as much as he does! Good pics, though.

I don't know if those overseas are aware of the scale of flooding in
Queensland but things are fairly dire there. Brisbane may see the

flood in its history early on Thursday morning, local time.
