Where do, or have, you hung out online to discuss photography, and/or pentax gear? What are the different ones like? How worthwhile are these different fora, and to whom?
For Pentax there's PDML, Pentax forums, the pentax group on flickr, the dpreview pentax forum, and probably a bunch of others that I don't know about. Flickr has a wide variety of discussion fora, there's strobist, model-mayhem and a wide range of general photo related sites. Some are good for newbies, while others consider anyone who started doing photography in the 21st century a newbie. Mailing list, website, monthly meetup, where do you go to talk, learn or teach about photography? Are there any sites, which aren't for discussion, but still worthwhile checking, or avoiding? Ned?
