Pretty much.  Press 800 is usually stored and shipped refrigerated, and 
is aged to a specific point before shipping (and therefore has usually a 
shorter expiry), while Superia is generally not fridged and is aged on 
the shelf (which can lead to very minor colour differences from one roll 
to another, but the kind that you'd only notice if printing shots of the 
same object under the same lighting and then printing on an enlarger set 
to the same settings).

Also, real pros refuse to buy their film in three-packs that have free 
ice cream coupons on them.  ;)
