Bah!
It's an inherent flaw in the idiots who think they're better than the
rest and can jam the doorways so no one else can easily get on or off
the subway/bus/tram.
Could be, but which do you think is more amenable to an engineering
solution - subway operations or the way stupid people behave?
Like I said, I don't see these kind of jam-ups around the door on buses
where you get on at the front and get off at the back.
What you want is a system that makes it more convenient for lazy
assholes if they move away from the door area. Then you won't be able to
stop 'em from getting out of your way.
