I've received Derby's book today, and I'm happy to say that apparently even
the dutch Blurb printer is now capable to do a good job at first attempt
while they had to print mine three times for getting rid of (most) white
spot trails and other problems (glueing and such).
And of course I'm very happy with the book in itself. Good work Derby!
