At the race track, which is where I usually shoot, it's a matter of knowing where the commonplace happens and the extraordinary is most likely. But sometimes Fate confounds you. At the 2009 Petit le Mans, Scott Sharp had a spectacular wreck (and amazingly walked away) at Road Atlanta's Turn Two, which is usually just about the most boring place on the track. Unless something happens in Turn One and some of it slides far enough up the hill.
