Yes, it's a 6x6 articulated vehicle. Semi amphibious. A friend of mine managed to sink one in the middle of a river in Germany in the '80's. It would be fun but being a military vehicle, it's not exactly a fuel sipper.
I was officially licensed by the Army to operate one. I was also a qualified instructor required to teach others to operate them.
They're not only a pain in the fundament to operate, but they're far less agile than than you might think. The "fun" wears off REAL fast.
