First it took me an hour and half to get home (normally if traffic is okay 20 to 30 minutes) and I slide a couple of times from all the snow we have gotten this afternoon and now I have a slight head ache. The reason I mention all that is I hope the following makes sense.
My K-R, that is to arrive tomorrow afternoon, supposedly has the same issue under Tungsten Light. There is a filter that I came across on the internet I believe it was an 80a that causes Tungsten light to be more natural light so I wonder if that would help with the issues of the FF. With screw drive lenses, my camera front focuses quite badly. It takes a pretty particular set of circumstances (dim warm light, and a fast screw drive lens used near wide open and a short subject difference) to see it. There is a lot of noise about it on PentaxForums, which is pretty typical for them.
