We're talking about Bill. Someone said something that most people consider anywhere
from innocuous to mildly annoying and Bill blew a gasket. Bill then called the guy on
it, probably calling the guy a few things that very few people consider innocuous, or
even mildly annoying. Some milquetoast, afraid of hurting someones sensibilities said
"that boogerbrain can't go around calling people poopoo heads" and kicked him
