Just got my federal tax return, and as soon as a check from the great state
of California shows up, I'm gonna be ordering me a K-5! This is the first
year I don't need my tax return to save my ass from some huge bill, so I'm
super happy about the whole situation.
As Larry has demonstrated in another thread, prices are all over the board.
I've noticed this too, along with some pretty big fluctuations in either
direction, for the last couple months. I'd be willing to bet the price will
come down for real shortly after I buy the damn thing, but I don't care too
much. I will be SO glad to be rid of my lemon K10D!
Not to mention my excitement for the ability to shoot video. I haven't owned
a video-capable item of any kind since my 3.3 megapixel Olympus C-3030,
vintage 2000! My cat needs her own channel on YouTube, dammit!
