Yours is a beautiful "conventional" (if you will) photograph, well
composed with vibrant colours.

The differences in colour are due to the fact that she and I were photographing different trees. There were more than one. I cannot say if the colors are true-to-life, but they surely seem to be so.

Yes, I also liked her picture better. It occurs to me that I should be looking for more opportunities to post her pictures along with mine. At the very least it may show her progress over time compared to some kind of reference even if the reference is not of very high artistic quality.
