when I first got a digital camera I actually did shoot in BW... but now I
shoot everything in color and convert to BW in elements if I think it works
better.  

So since you are shooting in RAW , and what you are shooting is in color, I
bet that "shooting in BW" is just something in the camera that is letting
you see in the LCD screen as if it were black and white.

As for the cemetery photos... it would be good if you pruned them  down to
about half before you show them to the list..
It's just too many to look at that are too similar .  Pretend someone else
took the photos and you are the judge in the juried exhibit....

Or just show a link to one or two individual photos that you especially
like, in the fashion that Christine just did....
Then people can browse as they have time to do and if they would like.  

(for me, it is hard to look at even one photo taken in a cemetery - but
that's nothing to do with photos)
