Thanks Dave. Perhaps it's more of a science experiment than a serious photo:-). 
I had the camera on live view as well as the outrageous ISO number. While I 
know autofocus can usually lock on in minimum light, I wanted to see if LV 
could do so as well. It did, but it struggled a bit.
