Thank you all for your comments.

The lighting was essentially open shade (daylight).
However, I have used two reflectors: One larger and just outside the
field of view; the other smaller (aluminum foil) and placed for a
specific accentuation.
The whole 'session' took about three hours and I shot some film using
a Pentax 67 also.
I've never been a fast shooter ;)
