Not my cup of tea. I would like to be able to capture what I see; for me the
digital manipulation is a tool to refine as needed to correct deficiencies in
my own technique (e.g., cropping, levels adjustment) or to overcome camera
limitations (e.g., sharpening). It seems that for LiWei, the image is just a
convenient backdrop upon which he can create phantasmagorias. Different strokes
for different folks . . .
