Oh if I were interested I would not submit a lot and for that matter I have no plans on submitting anything to them. After I sent the information to the list I read through it and they are asking a fee for submitting a photo.

You're basically granting them full rights to your work "until you remove or delete it". It's weasel worded enough that anything they "copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, edit, translate, reformat, and/or incorporate into a collective work" before you remove it is theirs to keep. Distribute is a *BIG* word. If you agree to their terms of use, they can sell your submissions and don't have to give you a dime.
